A traditional, and very picturesque, Sundanese village in West Java
Kampung Naga, not far from Cipanas, is one of those unreal villages, perfectly located down in a river valley, in between picture perfect rice paddies, where modernity, at least on the surface, has been kept at bay. Row after row of authentic Sundanese houses occupy the village, bamboo matting as wall and thatched roofs. See for a more extensive description, and photos, the blog entry of our Indonesia journey.
