the cupola of one of the three churches of the Patriarchate of Pec

Here is another fabulously decorated church of a monastery, the one belonging to the Patriarchate of Pec, near what is called Peje in Albanian. There are in fact three churches, connected by a common narthex. The middle one is the 13th C Church of the Holy Apostles, flanked by 14th C Church of Saint Demetrius and the equally old Church of the Mother of God. I took quite a few photos, cannot remember anymore to which church each belonged. But you can find out for yourself, through the site https://www.blagofund.org/Archives/Pec/. (look for Patriarchate of Pec, and then select a church under ‘collections’, choose pictures of virtual reality: absolutely incredible!)

These are some of my own pictures.
