Uruguay is perhaps not the first country that comes to mind when traveling South America. Sandwiched in between its bigger neighbours, Argentina and Brasil have both much more to offer. However, in June 2014 we crossed the Rio de la Plata for a few days sampling of Colonia del Sacramento and Montevideo.
